My name is Michel Tahan and I am the owner of MT Painting & Restoration. Since 1986, I have been actively involved in the construction and contracting industry. Our company serves the Sarasota, Florida region.

For this client, we removed the rotting plywood, installed tar paper, and installed new shingles.
For this client, we removed the rotting trim wood and replaced it. We primed, caulked, and painted the exterior with two coats of paint.
For this client, we sanded the walls, primed, and painted it with two coats. We also primed + painted the trim.
For this client, we redesigned the gravel patio and installed new concrete. For the patio wall, we powerwashed and repaired. We also painted it with stucco.
